The first time I watched Disney's cartoon classic "Beauty and the Beast", I commented, "Oh come on... in reality nobody can love a beast". In my mind I know that people wants what is nice and pleasant and detest what is ugly.

But what if love can change all that? What if love causes other people to magnify on what is good, lovely, admirable and true in other people's lives while neglecting what is ugly and undesirable traits of a person.

What if the Beast writes a letter to Belle? How do you think it will go?
I imagined it will go this way:

Dear Belle,
I am a beast and many times I acted like a beast.
But still you loved me inspite of everything I've done.
I want you to know that because of your love, I became a man.
Loving you,
Beast - now a man.

At one point, I became a beast and my girlfriend remained the beauty.
Still she remained loving and inspite of everything I've done she loves me the same and because of that I became a man again.:)

There is a tale as old as time... and the tale lives on in the lives if those who loved and in those who didn't lost hope and kept on loving.

He who goes with the wise becomes wise but he who goes with the fools becomes fools.
Who are the fools?
Fools are the ones who says to their heart, "There is no God".
Out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaks.
Ergo, the fools are people who acts, decides, speaks, and communicate to other people as if there is no God.
Do not go with such people.
Stay away from these people.
Blessed is the man that walks in the counsel of the godly(wise) but the company of fools will lead to destruction.

"Who do you say I am?" There was a deep silence in the room. I imagine the disciples looking at Peter. I imagine Peter stuttering saying, "You...yo..u..arrre the..Messiah." (from Max Lucado's It's not about me.)

What if today we are asked the same question by Jesus, "Who do you say I am?". Who is Jesus for you? You see a lot of people see Jesus as a person, a philosopher, a married man, a fool, a man claiming to be God, a good teacher, a prophet, and etc. But how about you? Who is Jesus in for you? Is he just another name to remember in the history of man? Is he just another man? Or like Peter, is He your Messiah?

Who do you say Jesus is?

The tide has changed...
From an outward expresser to a silent artist.
From a vocal prophecy to a quite hope of the heart.
From an open writer to an exclusive scribe.

Is it better this way?
Like a child with an angst the scribe ask, "Is this the real me?"

The chronicler has put his pen down and said,
"I will write no more."

Have you ever experienced that somebody said something and it pained you that that person said that even though it's not hurtful?

It will pass. I have never regretted my choice in this area. This is temporary I will remember and be a better person. (July 18, 2006)

I learned from Pastor S.C. that when you close a door you don't slam it because you might need to walk through that the same door and you might not have any face to show.

That is why, you should not end any relationship with a bad memory because you might see this person in the future and you might need his/her help and you will not have any face to show to this person because of what you've done.

Two, three seconds and she already have at least five considerations of me:
how I look,
how I smell,
the clothes I wear,
the level of my aura,
the way I move.
And if she like me she will now be thinking of at least six things:
if I'm a possible mate,
if her friends would like me,
if I would be fun to go out with,
if she will be happier with me,
if I'm a funny person or a serious type,
if there will be a chance that she will get to know me.

This is what you get with one look from a lady in a jeepney.
