Nailed it today for T25 Challenge Day 2. Today, I the exercise is Speed 1.0 I can think of it as a mix of many exercises targeting different muscle groups. I also saw some Yoga and balance exercises. I was able to finish the whole 25 minutes though I stumbled along the way. I think Speed 1.0 is a little bit more forgiving than Cardio which I did yesterday.
Tomorrow, I will be doing Total Body Circuit. I am glad I don't need an equipment to perform this exercise.
I'm excited to go to the end and do a measure.
