Last night, I decided to take the T25 Beachbody Challenge. I told my wife, "I titled my blog, 'My Sedentary Lifestyle' and this season of my life is my time to get out of it." :) So today, I woke up at 6:15am and dragged myself up to our living room. Turned on the TV and then started my first T25 exercise as specified by the workout calendar. If you don't know if you know about T25 but it's a 25-minute workout that I saw on TV while I was in the US last year. I have the videos for about 4 months and did nothing on it. I thought, "The timing is just not right." Last night, I had some moments of clarity and made up my mind to do it.:)

So there I was starting my 25-minute workout and when we hit 10 minutes I was just totally exhausted. I was totally spent.:) I have to fight my thoughts telling me, "this is not gonna work". I have to say, "slow and steady wins the game". I will try again tomorrow and just push myself some more. So here's what I placed in my workout calendar:


I placed an X mark on the 'barely made it' for cardio because I have to sit down the remaining 15-minutes of the workout. :( My foot just hurts and I decided not to push myself too much. 

This goes well with my Nike band which registered 700+ points on just 10 minutes. I think I will get 2000 points in 25-minutes later when I get more comfortable with the program.

Let's see how far this goes. I will get ripped. :D
